I don't like the EverEarth toy I bought, how do I return it?
Our products can be returned up to 30 days after purchase.
Please send us an e-mail to: info@everearth.eu or use our contact form to receive a free return label from GLS.
As you can see, it's very simple: print, stick and send!
My EverEarth toy arrived damaged, what can I do?
In the event of damage through no fault of your own, a free exchange is of course possible or you will get your money back from us.
Simply contact us via the contact form or by email at info@everearth.eu . For quality assurance purposes, it helps us a lot in such a case if you send us a photo of the damage.
Of course, we will send you a replacement free of charge and provide you with a return label for the exchange so that you can send the damaged product back free of charge.
Are there spare parts for my EverEarth toy?

Our materials, including the glue, are also formaldehyde-free.
