The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop.
2. Contracting party, contract conclusion
The purchase contract is concluded with EverEarth Europe GmbH. By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude contracts with regard to such products. Such contracts are concluded by clicking on the order button and thus accepting the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Binding contracts may also be entered into at an earlier stage. This can occur as follows:
If you have selected the credit card payment method, then the contract is entered into at the time the credit card is charged.
If you have selected the PayPal payment method, then the contract is entered into upon your confirmation of the payment order to PayPal.
3. Shipping costs
The product prices specified are subject to additional shipping costs. More information on the shipping costs is provided in the quotations.
4. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop: Credit card Your credit card is charged upon completion of the order. Purchase on account Schools and institutions can place orders with us on account. For questions in this regard, please contact us at info@everearth.euPaypal You pay the invoiced amount via the online provider Paypal. For this you must have a Paypal account, which you log into by entering your access data. You then confirm the payment order to us (possible exception: guest access). Further information is provided during the ordering process.
5. Self-collection
We only offer delivery through shipment. Unfortunately, it is not possible for you to collect the goods yourself.
6. Retention of title
We retain ownership of the goods until full payment has been made.
7. Warranty and guarantees
Statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees and the precise conditions to which they are subject is provided together with the product information and on special information pages in the online shop.
8. Storage of contract text
We store the contract text and send you the order data together with our General Terms and Conditions by email. You can view and download these General Terms and Conditions at any time via this page. You can view your past orders by logging into your account.
9. Contract language
The language in which contracts are concluded is German.
